HOW TO PLACE YOUR ORDER

Add an item to your cart.
If you want to add an item to your cart, simply click the “Add to Cart” button in the item’s detail page. The page will then display the pricing for your selected item. You will then be able to add the item to your cart by clicking the “Add to Cart” button. Clicking the “Add to Cart” button will add the default quantity of one (1) item to your cart. You will be able to modify this quantity prior to checkout. After clicking the “Add to Cart” button, you will be taken to your cart to review your selection. To continue shopping, click the “Continue Shopping”. If you are finished shopping, click “Proceed to Checkout”.
Proceed to Checkout.
Once you are finished shopping and are ready to place your order, click "View Cart" from the top of the page, then click the "Proceed To Checkout" button. If you are currently viewing an item, click "View Cart" from the top of the page, and then click “Proceed To Checkout”.
Enter your email address.
If you do not yet have an account with Digital Communications USA, you will be prompted to create one. Creating an account at Communications USA frees you from having to complete basic information each time you order. To create an account, click on "LOGIN", enter you email address select the “New Account ” option and click “Sign in Using Our Secure Server”. We do not share your personal information with third parties. For more information, view our privacy policy.
Enter your address information.
If this is the first time you have placed an order with Digital Communications USA, you will be prompted to enter your shipping address. If you wish to send items to different address, click the “Shipping Address” button.
Choose your shipping options.
You will be able to choose your preferred shipping speed, edit or delete items from your order, and specify whether or not your order contains gift items.
Enter your payment information.
We currently accept Visa, MasterCard. (Note: All the information you submit from the website is sent to Communications USA on a completely secure SSL connection. View our privacy policy.)
Review and place your order.
An order summary screen will display, allowing you to check the items in your order, gift options, shipping details, billing information and your order total. When you are finished reviewing your order, click “Place Your Order”. Please review your information carefully. Once you click “Place Your Order”, you will not be able to make changes. Upon successful entry of your information, you will receive a “Thank You” screen. An order confirmation will be emailed to your registered email address.

Digital Communications USA items are available online including Software, Hardware, Computer Systems, Computer Accessories, Phone and PBX Systems. Some items are shown on our web site for your convenience, and are only available by phone or in our office in Bakersfield, you may want to contact us for details.
How do I find the availability of a specific item?
Each item on our site has an availability status. While viewing the item’s detail page, you will find this status located underneath the item’s pricing. If an item is not showing “In Stock”, please privacy policy.)

Digital Micro POS strives to ensure the most up-to-date availability. On occasion, very popular items can sell out during the day. We cannot guarantee availability. You will be notified by email if there are any stock issues with your order.

There are several ways to find exactly what you’re looking for on our web site. Our product page has a search box in the upper left corner. Simply enter your search term here and press the “search” button. This may take you directly to the item and description. CREATING YOUR ACCOUNT
Do I need to create an account to purchase items online at Digital Communications USA ?
NO. But our system requires basic information in order to purchase items online. If you shop regularly withDigital Micro POS, we encourage you to create your account, this convenience frees you from having to complete information each time you order. However, you are always free to browse any of our online stores without creating an account or logging in.
How do I create an account?
You will be prompted to create an account when you place an order with Digital Communications USA. If you wish to create a Digital Communications USA account before placing an order, click the “Login” Link on top of the page. You will be asked to provide your email address. You will be asked to provide your name, confirm your email address, and select a password. After entering this information, click “Sign In Using Our Secure Server”. You will be returned to the home page.

How do I check the status of my order?
Orders usually ship within two to five business days. We will provide you, tracking numeber, so you can track your shipment.
Will Digital Micro POS send me an order confirmation via email?
You will receive an order confirmation within 12 hours of your order. This is not a shipping confirmation. We will send you a seprate email about shipping confirmations, and tracking information.
How can I review my order history?
To check you order history, simply login to your account, and the next screen will show you all the orders you have placed with us.

TAXES, PAYMENT AND SHIPPING

What methods of payment do you accept?
We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Paypal and email orderr. Sorry, we do not currently accept the Digital Micro POS's Gift Certificate redemptions online.
How are taxes calculated on my order?
By law, we are required to collect the appropriate state and local sales taxes based on the destination of the shipment. Some states also require that we charge tax on shipping and handling charges. These taxes will be calculated during checkout and displayed to you before you place your order.
How are shipping charges calculated on my order?
Currently, Digital Micro POS calculates shipping and handling charges based on the weight and the dimension of the item you buy.
How are freight charges calculated on my order?
Due to size and weight, some items require delivery via freight. These items will display a ‘Freight Fee’ located underneath the item’s pricing and availability. Freight delivery charges are non-refundable.

CANCELLATION, CHANGES & RETURNS

How do I change or cancel my order?
To change or cancel your order before shipment, contact Customer Service at 888-344-4767. Due to the quick turnaround in our shipping department, orders must be canceled the same day the order is placed. Once the order has shipped, no changes can be made.

How do I return an item?
For fastest service, simply ship your item to our office/wherehouse in Bakersfield, California, to receive a replacement, gift certificate or refund. Items purchased online can be returned to Digital Micro POS's main office. Contact our Customer Service Department at 888-344-4767 for assistance with your return. Check our customer service hours.

SHIPPING PREFERENCE
What shipping options are available?
For non-freight items,Digital MICro POS offers Standard Shipping (6-8 business days) and Express Shipping (3-4 business days). Freight items will only be shipped via Standard Shipping.
How do I ship items to multiple addresses?
If you have two or more items in your cart and you wish to ship these items to more than one address, simply fillup the instruction Form after entering shipping address information during the checkout process. Do not forget to provide recipient’s name and address. If you have not entered a recipient’s address, we will not be able to ship items on multiple addresses. Please note: Specifying multiple ship-to addresses will create separate orders. You will receive a shipping confirmation for each address. Once you have indicated the shipping address for each item, complete the checkout process.

When will I receive my shipping confirmation?
You will receive your shipping confirmation email within two business days of placing your order.
How do I track my shipment?
After receiving your shipping confirmation email, you can shipping status at shipping company's website, like UPS, FedEx. Freight orders cannot be tracked.
When will my Regular or Express shipped items be delivered?
Once your order is shipped, items shipped via Regular Shipping should arrive within six to eight (6-8) business days. Items shipped using the Express Shipping option should arrive within three to four (3-4) business days.

FREIGHT
When/how will my freight items be delivered?
Our freight delivery service will deliver to your home/office within ten business days of your order date. You are responsible for any assembly (if required) and for the disposal of packing materials. Freight delivery service is only available Monday-Friday, 8am to 5pm, in the contiguous 48 states. A daytime telephone number is required for all freight merchandise deliveries. Your items will be delivered to the first floor of your home only. Upper level apartments can receive delivery only if a freight elevator is available. The delivery company will contact you to set a three-hour appointment window in which to deliver your merchandise. Merchandise must be accepted within one week of notification. If you cannot accept delivery within the week, the merchandise will be returned to us and you will be billed for return shipping. Please advise our delivery agent of any special delivery requirements, as there may be additional charges.
How are freight charges calculated on my order?
Due to size and weight, some items require delivery via freight. Please call us at 1-888-344-4767 to check the freight chatges. Freight delivery charges are non-refundable.
How do I know if my order contains freight items?

Where do you ship?
Digital Micro POS ships anywhere in the world. We do not ship to APO, FPO or Post Office Boxes.
Can you ship items to Alaska or Hawaii?
We can ship items to Alaska or Hawaii if ordered via the website. If you live in Alaska and Hawaii and wish to purchase non-freight items, please contact our Customer Service department toll-free at 888-344-4767.
Can orders be shipped to APO, FPO or post office boxes?
We’re sorry, we can’t ship merchandise to APO, FPO or post office boxes. However, gift Certificates may be shipped to any post office box.
Can orders be shipped to foreign countries?
Yes, we are able to ship outside of the United States.
